Why does the app require permissions?
android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE | So the app can fetch the zip containing all the icons in use of the icon request activity.
android.permission.SET_WALLPAPER | So the wallpaper can be set from within the app.
android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE | When using the icon request activity the app creates a zip containing the icons of your apps. It will be created on your storage!
