All icons may not be applied. You can apply them by long pressing an changing it from the icon chooser.

How to Apply :
-Apex Launcher:
Apex settings > Theme settings > Finesse Icons > Apply ( Apply icons only )
-Go Launcher EX:
Themes > Installed > Finesse Icons > Apply
-Nova Launcher:
Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme > Finesse Icons
-ADW Launcher
ADW Settings > Themes > Finesse Icons
-Holo Launcher:
Appearance Settings > Icon pack > Finesse Icons
