This is not a stand alone widget, it is a skin for zooper widget pro, To work it needs zooper widget pro 2.3.8 or better in the device.
INSTALLATION
-Download zooper widget pro http://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.zooper.zwpro&hl
-Install Galaxy S6 for zooper widget
->From widget setting select a widget zooper 4x2 and click on it, select Zooper Widget skin Galaxy S6.
